Yes.
All consultations with Immtell are strictly confidential. Your personal information and immigration circumstances will not be shared with third parties.
Are you regulated to provide UK immigration advice?
Yes.
Immtell is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) at Level 1. Our registration number is F20220010, which means our advice meets the required professional and ethical standards for UK immigration advisers.
Can I cancel or reschedule my immigration consultation?
Yes. Consultations can usually be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
Can you review my documents during the consultation?
Consultations focus on providing guidance on your immigration options and eligibility. Detailed document reviews are usually carried out as part of full application support if you later instruct us to assist with your application.
Do you offer free UK immigration advice?
No. Due to the volume of enquiries we receive, we are unable to provide free immigration advice. A paid consultation is required in order to receive personalised guidance on your immigration situation.
How quickly can I book a UK immigration consultation?
Consultations are subject to availability but are usually available within a few working days. When booking online you will be able to choose a time that suits you.
Should I book a longer consultation if my immigration case is complex?
If your situation involves multiple visa options or more detailed questions, booking a longer consultation will allow sufficient time to discuss your circumstances and provide clearer guidance.
What happens during a UK immigration consultation?
During the consultation, we review your circumstances, discuss the most suitable visa options, explain eligibility requirements and outline the steps involved in the application process. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about your situation.
What if my question requires further research?
If a query requires extensive research beyond standard advisory scope, we’ll inform you in advance and discuss options for extended support.
What payment methods do you accept for consultations?
Consultations are booked online and payment can be made securely using major credit or debit cards via Hubspot and Stripe's secure payment gateway.

You can ask questions about UK visas, settlement, British citizenship and other immigration matters that fall within the UK Immigration Rules.
