You should be providing a service to a UK business under a contract covered by a valid international trade agreement.
The role you intend to undertake must be considered at or above the bachelor's degree level (RQF 6), and you should usually have three years of professional experience relevant to the service you provide if you’re an overseas employee or six years if you’re self-employed.
The UK sponsor must be eligible to issue a CoS under the Global Business Mobility Visa Service Supplier route.
You usually should have been employed by a company based outside of the UK for more than 12 months.
You must have held £1,270 in savings for 28 days before the date of application, or an A-rated Home Office sponsor may certify that they will provide this on the CoS. Further funds must be held for each dependant family member applying.

UKVI aim to process Service Supplier visas as follows:

Important: UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) do not guarantee processing times and delays do occur. We advise that you do not book any non refundable travel until your visa has been approved and your work visa is in your possession.Â
The UKVI application fee for a Service Supplier visa is £298. In addition, you will need to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS), which is £1,035 per year for the visa you are applying for.
