Eligibility and Criteria

To be eligible for the Tier 5 Charity Worker visa, there are certain criteria you must meet, including:

You must obtain sponsorship from an employer registered as Home Office sponsor. Upon sponsorship, you will be issued a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) like an online UK work permit.
